Right of Withdrawal

Under Irish and EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must contact us within the 14-day period to inform us of their decision to return the item.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Supplements must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
• Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

Health & Hygiene Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed supplements.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery.

Where the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after receiving proof that the item has been sent back.
